While in Banking, Mr. Hatoum has actively monitored 100s of real estate projects and investment strategies, allowing him to develop and create better processes in order to optimize returns while hedging risk for investors.
Imad Hatoum, managing principal, is an 11 year veteran in the Banking and Commercial Real Estate industry, helping guide Madison Communities. As both, an accomplished banker and developer, Mr. Hatoum maintains a balance of a banker and investor approach when identifying and modeling new investment opportunities and relies on his local network of vendors to help successfully execute Madison Communities’ strategy.
