Jake Garcia has been actively investing in real estate since 2009 and has been responsible for over $50 million in residential and multifamily real estate transactions throughout Arizona and New Mexico. Jake owns and manages a 54-unit residential portfolio in the Phoenix MSA, as well as being part owner in 101-unit and 400-unit multifamily buildings, both located in Texas. Jake also owns an asset-based lending company. Jake’s experience with both ownership of his own assets as well as underwriting lending opportunities in various states has provided him with a strong foundation for asset management and effective relationship-building with vendors, contractors, and on-site personnel. Jake is passionate about leveraging his industry experience to continue building the Madison Communities portfolio while providing quality attainable housing to communities throughout the Phoenix MSA.
